K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck boyutuna ra\u011fmen, g\u00f6rme keskinli\u011fimizin en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu alan\u0131 olu\u015fturur. Okuma, yaz\u0131 yazma, y\u00fcz tan\u0131ma, renkleri ay\u0131rt etme ve ince detaylar\u0131 se\u00e7me gibi g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez g\u00f6rsel i\u015flevleri makula sayesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Latince \u201cleke\u201d anlam\u0131na gelen \u201cmacula\u201d kelimesinden t\u00fcreyen ad\u0131, mikroskop alt\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclen sar\u0131ms\u0131 tonundan gelir. Bu renk, makula dokusunda do\u011fal olarak biriken lutein ve zeaksantin gibi bitki kaynakl\u0131 pigmentlerden olu\u015fur.
